Riverside Post Acute in Jacksonville, FL is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). The role supports residents with compassionate care, medication administration, and care-plan implementation in a fast-paced setting.

We offer full-time and part-time opportunities with daily pay. An active Florida LPN license and BLS CPR are required to ensure safe, high-quality care aligned with policy and patient needs.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered active LPN license in Florida.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to care for and manage multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in accordance with accepted standards of nursing practice and care plans.
• Follow and implement individualized care plans developed by Nurse Manager and team.
• Perform medication administration and prescribed treatments per care plan.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes promptly to supervising staff.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation per orders and regulatory standards.
• Support a safe, respectful, and therapeutic environment for residents and families.
