Schedule & Compensation

Week 1: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday; Week 2: Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Friday. 32 hours per week, 8‑hour evening shifts. Pay: $34+ per hour (depending on experience) with a $10,000 sign‑on bonus. Shift differentials for weekend and post‑6 pm work; every other weekend and rotating holidays.

Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) will use the nursing process to provide individualized care to residents, collaborate with residents, families, providers and the interdisciplinary team to plan and evaluate care, and serve as charge nurse when required. The RN will delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel as appropriate, ensuring safe and effective resident care within state nursing practice regulations and American Nurses Association standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program (e.g., CCNE, ACEN, NLN CNEA) preferred; bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.
• Current, unencumbered RN license with the state board where practice occurs, or multistate licensure in a NLC state.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required departmental competencies and certifications.
