Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess and plan patient care within set timeframes, documenting nursing findings according to policies.
• Supervise the shift team, delegating tasks and ensuring quality nursing care delivery.
• Monitor patients for changes in condition and follow medication administration policies.
• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and administer physician orders accurately.
• Communicate patient responses to the interdisciplinary team and uphold patient rights.

Responsibilities

• Assesses and plan patient care within set timeframes, documenting nursing findings according to policies.
• Supervises the shift team, delegating tasks and ensuring quality nursing care delivery.
• Monitors patients for changes in condition, follows medication administration policies, and maintains empathy and respect in interactions.
• Performs comprehensive nursing assessments and ensures accurate transcription and administration of physician orders.
• Communicates patient responses to the interdisciplinary team, orients patients/families to the program, and upholds patient rights.
• Monitors patients for changes in condition, follows detox protocol, and performs other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Education

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program or hold relevant state licensure.
