• Supervises LPNs and CNAs; oversees ADLs and documentation.
• Communicates with physicians about changes in residents' conditions.
• Documents assessments and care per standards of care and company policy.
• Educates patients and families on health-related issues.
• Completes required forms and documents per company policy and state/federal regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
