Civic Center Health and Rehabilitation in Birmingham, AL is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver direct nursing care in a long-term care and rehabilitation setting. You will collaborate with the clinical team to ensure the highest standards of care for residents and support rehabilitation plans.

Formación

• Valid RN license and current active license.
• Strong clinical and geriatric rehabilitation knowledge.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• BLS/CPR certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver patient-centered nursing care to residents in long-term care and rehabilitation.
• Assess, monitor, and document residents' health conditions and progress.
• Administer medications and treatments per facility protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other professionals to create care plans.
• Educate residents and families about care plans and health conditions.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulations.
• Foster a safe, therapeutic environment and supervise nursing assistants.
