Job summary

Keystone Human Services is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide medical oversight, training, and counseling for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a hybrid role with travel for on-site assessments.

Requirements include CT licensure, at least one year of nursing experience (IDD experience preferred), strong communication and computer skills, and a valid driver’s license. Comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse in Connecticut in good standing.
• At least one year of nursing experience; IDD experience preferred.
• Good communication and proficient computer skills.
• Valid driver's license; daily access to private vehicle may be required.
• Successful completion of pre-employment process, including clearances and verifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical oversight, training and counseling for various medical diagnoses.
• Monitor and coordinate health care services for individuals in assigned areas.
• Deliver high-quality, person-centered care to adults with IDD.
• Work in a hybrid environment with travel for on-site assessments.
