Job summary

FullShift Staffing seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled nursing care in California ICF facilities. Work 20-25 hours weekly with on-call evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

You will implement health care plans, administer medications, maintain records, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support residents with disabilities in small facilities (6-bed to 15-bed). CPR required; CA RN license required.

Qualifications

• Valid California RN license is required.
• CPR certification required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to residents in ICF facilities.
• Implement and oversee health care plans for residents.
• Administer medications and perform necessary medical procedures.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team for resident well-being.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
• Support LVN and DSP staff as needed.
• Engage in continuous learning and complex case management.
