Job summary

Community Partners NH in Strafford County is seeking an RN for Developmental Services. You will train non-licensed staff on medication administration, coordinate client health care, and conduct quality assurance reviews to support audits and certifications.

The successful candidate will bring a compassionate approach, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team. A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• RN license preferred; two years of nursing experience required.
• Experience in developmental disabilities or mental health is preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Train non-licensed staff in administration of medications.
• Coordinate health care for clients and healthcare coordination tasks.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews at agency sites and support audits/certifications.

The Role

As the RN for Developmental Services, you will work collaboratively with team members to ensure the health and safety of individuals served by Community Partners. You will provide training for non-licensed staff in the administration of medications and healthcare coordination for clients. In addition, you will be conducting quality assurance reviews at agency sites and helping to prepare for audits and certifications.

What We’re Looking For

• RN preferred
• At least two years of nursing experience
• Experience in the field of developmental disabilities and/or mental health is preferred
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to utilize technology provided to perform requirements of the job
• Hold a valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle liability coverage.
