Endeavor Health is seeking a Part-Time RN for the Float Pool in Chicago, IL. This weekend-only night shift (7:00 pm–7:00 am) role requires float coverage across Swedish inpatient units and includes eligibility for RN differential pay.
Minimum one year of acute care inpatient RN experience, Illinois license, and CPR certification are required. ACLS/PALS/NRP may be needed within six months depending on unit requirements.
$36.00 - $55.80 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.
Endeavor Health is currently conducting a comprehensive review of our compensation structure. The new minimum for this role will be adjusted to $37.25 base pay hourly rate beginning with the second paycheck in October.

Premium Pay: Resource Team RNs are eligible for the Resource Team RN differential and all applicable RN shift differentials.
