HCA Healthcare's Alaska Regional Hospital in Anchorage is seeking a skilled RN Float Pool to provide individualized nursing care across units, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes and collaborative care with the management team. The role requires Alaska RN license, ADN with BSN preferred, and BLS/ACLS certification; prior float pool or hospital experience is a plus.

You’ll cover PCU, Medical/Oncology, CVSU, Ortho, and Inpatient Rehabilitation while maintaining compassionate patient-centered

Qualifications

• Alaska RN license is required at time of hire.
• Associate Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
• Prefer one year of clinical nursing experience in a health care facility.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care across multiple hospital units as assigned.
• Assess, plan, and implement patient care plans with family involvement.
• Respond quickly to changes in patient condition and coordinate with physicians.
• Participate in department process improvements and maintain professional composure under pressure.
