Job summary

MultiCare is seeking a Staff RN for its Good Samaritan Hospital in Washington. The role offers a .9 or .75 FTE with Full-Time/Part-Time/Per Diem options, competitive hourly pay, and benefits. Sign-on bonus of 10K and relocation up to 10K are available with 24-month commitment.

Tuition reimbursement and growth opportunities are offered; incentive pay and shift differentials apply. Qualifications include an active WA RN license (MLS acceptable), BSN preferred, and BLS; ACLS/NALS/PALS/TNCC/NRP

Qualifications

• RN license in Washington State or Multistate License endorsement (MLS)
• BSN preferred
• BLS Certification required
• ACLS or NALS or PALS or TNCC or NRP certification, as required by facility or department

Responsibilities

• Organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering and evaluating on an ongoing basis
• Use nursing process according to hospital policies, procedures and protocols
• Collaborate with the nursing team to improve quality of care, patient experience and cost reduction
• Foster a learning environment for patients/families and staff
• Advocate for ethical and holistic care respecting diverse backgrounds
