Job summary

Baylor University Medical Center (BUMC) in Dallas, TX is seeking a Registered Nurse for its Float Pool. This fast-paced unit covers Med/Surg, Telemetry, ICU and PCU, offering diverse clinical exposure and growth opportunities.

Shift: 3-12 hour, 7:00am–7:00pm. Requirements include graduation from an Accredited Nursing Program, RN license, and BLS within 30 days of hire; 1+ year RN and 2+ years Med Telemetry preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program.
• RN licensure/certification required.
• 1+ years experience as an RN.
• 2+ years of Med Telemetry experience in acute care with inpatient in a hospital setting.
• Float Pool experience highly desired, but not required.
• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Float Pool units are fast-paced and include high-acuity patients.
• Provide care across Med/Surg, Telemetry, ICU and PCU as needed.
• Maintain patient safety and quality outcomes.

Required Qualifications
