Job summary

Baylor University Medical Center (BUMC), part of Baylor Scott & White Health, invites applications for a full-time Night shift RN to join Float Pool teams. The role involves 7:00 pm–7:00 am shifts, floating to Med/Surg, Telemetry, ICU and PCU units across Dallas facilities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program.
• 2+ years of Med Telemetry experience in acute care.
• Float Pool experience is highly desired.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• Telemetry assessment and insulin drips experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Float to Med/Surg, Tele, ICU, and PCU.
• Provide high-quality nursing care and patient monitoring.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program
• 2+ years of Med Telemetry experience in a acute care with inpatient in a hospital setting
• Float Pool experience highly desired, but not required
• Will be required to pass telemetry test if hired
• Med Tele candidates with insulin, stable drips, NIH assessment highly desired, but not required
