Job summary

Frye Regional Medical Center, part of Lifepoint Health, is seeking an RN Float Pool for PRN night shifts (12-hour). You will provide direct patient care across units, perform assessments, and participate in care planning with a supportive Float Pool team in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Requirements include an active NC RN license, BLS, ACLS/PALS/NIH within three months, and 2–4 years of CCU/critical care experience. Self-scheduling and tiered pay options are offered.

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina RN license (single-state) or compact required.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS, PALS and NIH within three months of hire.
• Two to four years of Critical Care experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct day-to-day care of patients and families.
• Performs accurate patient assessments and documents medical necessity.
• Implements patient plan of care under Nurse Director direction.
• Delivers population-specific care and addresses developmental needs.
• Completes and updates interdisciplinary care plans.
