Concord Hospital in Laconia, NH is seeking experienced RNs to join our RN Float Team. You will rotation across medical/surgical and critical care units, applying your diverse clinical skills in a variety of settings.
We require a BSN preferred with NH RN licensure and BLS. Minimum of one year of nursing experience and strong teamwork are essential to delivering high-quality patient care on our float team.

This float team position will offer exposure to a variety of medical/ surgical or critical care units across the hospital and provide you with an opportunity to further develop your skill base.
Graduated from an accredited School of Nursing, BSN preferred.
Registered Nurse - New Hampshire Board of Nursing Basic Life Support - American Heart Association
One year prior clinical nursing experience. Evidence of experience in working effectively and positively with patients, care providers, and the multi-disciplinary team. Evidence of the ability to perform as a member of a team.
Per Diems are required to work a minimum of 24 clinical hours every 4 weeks, which will include at least 1 weekend shift and at least 1 summer holiday and 1 winter holiday or difficult-to-fill shift around the observed summer and winter holidays.
