Talented Medical Solutions in San Luis Obispo, CA is seeking a registered nurse for ICU/Step-Down/Med/Surg/Day Stay/PACU and ER coverage. This contract, in-office role offers day or night shifts with 36 or 48 hours per week and requires EPIC experience for backfill across units.
The facility features a 162-bed acute care hospital with Level III NICU and trauma designation in a coastal community near Avila Beach and Pismo Beach, offering a dynamic clinical environment and collaborative team
Formación
- Associate degree in nursing required.
- Current RN license in state of practice; California preferred.
- BLS, ACLS, PALS required; TNCC preferred or enrolled.
- One year ICU or Step-Down/ER experience in last 5 years.
- EPIC experience required; backfill for ICU/ER as needed.
- Trauma center environment experience is a plus.
Responsabilidades
- Provide nursing care in ICU, Step Down, Med/Surg, Day Stay, PACU and ER.
- Supervise and delegate to ancillary staff within scope of practice.
- Maintain required competencies for all units supported.
- Document and communicate patient care plans and progress.
- Collaborate with health care team to achieve optimal outcomes.
