Job Overview

As an RN in this role, you will utilize the Nursing Process to deliver high-quality patient care, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and adapt to diverse patient needs. You will also be responsible for delegating tasks, ensuring compliance with standards, and contributing to the organization's strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Required: Registered Nurse Diploma and current RN License in the state of practice
• Preferred: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Experience: At least two years of relevant and recent nursing experience in similar units
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Crisis Prevention Intervention as applicable
