Job summary

Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas seeks a Registered Nurse for the Float Pool, primarily PT Nights, 7:00pm to 7:00am. You will float across Med/Surg, Telemetry, ICU, and PCU, delivering high‑quality patient care.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years Med Telemetry experience, BLS, and a willingness to grow in a large not-for-profit health system with extensive teaching and research resources. We offer competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for professional development

Qualifications

• Graduate of Accredited Nursing Program.
• 2+ years of Med Telemetry experience in acute care hospital setting.
• Float Pool experience highly desired, but not required.
• Will be required to pass telemetry test if hired.
• Med Tele candidates with insulin, stable drips, NIH assessment highly desired, but not required.
• BLS – Basic Life Support (required within 30 days of hire)

Responsibilities

• Float Pool floats to Med/Surg, Tele, ICU, and PCU.
• Unit selling points: Float Pool is fast paced with high acuity patients.
