Job summary

Vitruvian Health in the region is seeking a registered nurse to float to assigned units based on staffing needs. You’ll support department goals by maintaining excellent attendance and reliability and participate in bedside shift reports and interdisciplinary rounds.

Education required: graduate of an approved nursing program with Tennessee or Compact RN license, BLS and ACLS. If ACLS not current on hire, must obtain within 30 days.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
  • Two years of hospital nursing experience preferred.
  • Current Tennessee or Compact State RN license.
  • Current BLS and ACLS required; ACLS within 30 days if not certified on hire.

Responsibilities

  • Float to assigned units based on staffing needs.
  • Participate in bedside shift report and interdisciplinary rounds.
  • Serve as a resource for staff while maintaining a positive, team-oriented attitude.

This RN will float to assigned units based on organizational staffing needs. Supports departmental goals by maintaining excellent attendance and reliability. Accepts assignments in accordance with hospital staffing guidelines and scope of practice. Participates in bedside shift report and interdisciplinary rounds. Serves as a resource for staff while maintaining a positive, team‑oriented attitude. Education: Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing as evidenced by verification of state licensure. Experience: Two years of recent experience in a hospital preferred. Licenses/Certificates: Current Tennessee or Compact State registered nurse license required. Current BLS and ACLS required. If not ACLS certified on hire, must acquire within 30 days.
