Our Float Pool units are fast-paced and include high-acuity patients. We foster an environment that supports learning, mentoring, and growth. Shift: 3-12 hour shifts, 7:00 pm - 7:00 am.
Patient Population: Float Pool floats to Med/Surg, Tele, ICU, and PCU. Patient ratios vary by unit.
