Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as an RN in the US.
• 2+ years in Med Surg or Med Telemetry in an acute hospital setting.
• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.

About the Role: Float Pool Opportunities

Our Float Pool units are fast-paced, high-acuity environments. They support learning, mentoring, and professional growth. The shift is 3-12 hours, from 7:00 pm to 7:00 am.

Patient populations include Med/Surg, Telemetry, ICU, and PCU, with patient ratios varying by unit.

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• 1+ years of US experience as a RN.
• 2+ years of Med Surg or Med Telemetry experience in an acute hospital setting.
• Float Pool experience is highly desired but not required.
• Experience with insulin, stable drips, NIH assessment is highly desired but not required.

Licenses and Certifications

• RN license.
• BLS certification (required within 30 days of hire).
