Our Float Pool units are fast-paced, high-acuity environments. They support learning, mentoring, and professional growth. The shift is 3-12 hours, from 7:00 pm to 7:00 am.
Patient populations include Med/Surg, Telemetry, ICU, and PCU, with patient ratios varying by unit.
