Job summary

Vitruvian Health in Tennessee is seeking an RN to join our float pool for night shifts at Bradley Medical Center - Main Campus. This full‑time role requires a graduate of an approved nursing program, Tennessee or compact RN licensure, BLS and ACLS, with the ability to float to assigned units as staffing needs arise.

You will participate in bedside shift reports and interdisciplinary rounds, serve as a resource for staff, and uphold our PRIDE values while maintaining excellent attendance.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved nursing program.
• Current Tennessee RN license or Compact State.
• BLS required; ACLS required (or to be obtained within 30 days).
• Two years hospital experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Float to assigned units based on staffing needs.
• Participate in bedside shift reports and interdisciplinary rounds.

Accepts assignments in accordance with hospital staffing guidelines and scope of practice. Participates in bedside shift report and interdisciplinary rounds. Serves as a resource for staff while maintaining a positive, team-oriented attitude.Education: Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing as evidenced by verification of state licensure. Experience: Two years of recent experience in a hospital preferred.Licenses/Certificates: Current Tennessee or Compact State registered nurse license required. Current BLS and ACLS required. If not ACLS certified on hire, must acquire within 30 days.
