Job summary

Vitruvian Health in Cleveland, TN is seeking a Registered Nurse for Cardiac Tele units. The nurse will plan, supervise, and evaluate patient care, while ensuring safety and adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing (Diploma preferred).
• Two years of experience in a hospital or medical environment is preferred.
• Current Tennessee or Compact State RN license is required.
• Current BLS and ACLS required; ACLS must be acquired within 30 days if not certified on hire.
