Job summary

Mountain Region Clinical Resources is looking for Registered Nurses to join the Enterprise Resource Pool in Colorado. This position allows flexibility across multiple units and facilities while focusing on whole-person care. Responsibilities include facilitating communication with healthcare teams and patients, utilizing the nursing process, and ensuring safety and well-being. Candidates should hold an RN license, have relevant nursing experience, and ideally possess a Nursing Diploma or higher. Eligibility for benefits based on FTE status.

Qualifications

• RN License required; current state nursing licenses or RN license from a participating state.
• At least 12 months of experience in unit type/specialty area.
• Physical Requirements - Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently).

Responsibilities

• Facilitate, communicate, and collaborate with healthcare team and patient/family.
• Promote optimal health and well-being through nursing process.
• Demonstrate personal accountability for relationship-based care.

BLS from the American Heart Association

RN License

Education

Nursing Diploma or Associates Degree in Nursing
