Qualifications

• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs.
• Develop and implement patient plans of care with the interdisciplinary team.
• Administer medications and perform clinical procedures as needed.
• Document patient status and outcomes accurately in the charting system.
• Educate patients and families and promote health and safety.
• Maintain confidentiality and advocate for patient rights.
