Allegheny Health Network is seeking a registered nurse to provide direct patient care in a hospital setting. You will apply the nursing process to plan and coordinate care for the appropriate age group and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires PA RN licensure (or eNLC), and at least one year of nursing experience. You will also participate in patient education and may serve as a preceptor for students and new staff as needed.

Formación

• Current State of PA RN licensure OR Current multi-state licensure through the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC)
• One year nursing experience

Responsabilidades

• Utilizes the nursing process in providing and coordinating the plan of patient care for the age appropriate population.
• Initiates, monitors and revises interdisciplinary plan of care based on assessment findings and physician orders for the age appropriate population.
• Completes patient documentation in a comprehensive manner in accordance with facility policies and regulatory requirements that promotes interdisciplinary communication.
• Provides ongoing and appropriate teaching to patients and families to effectively guide them across the continuum of care.
• Supports the development of students, new staff and colleagues, may serve as a preceptor.
• Performs other duties as assigned or required.
