Allegheny Health Network is seeking a registered nurse to provide direct patient care in accordance with hospital policies and standards. You will use the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate care for a diverse patient population.

Responsibilities include coordinating interdisciplinary care, thorough documentation, teaching patients and families, and supporting student and staff development. Current PA RN license or eNLC, plus at least one year of nursing experience, are required.

Competenze

• Current State of PA RN licensure or multi-state licensure through eNLC.

Mansioni

• Utilizes the nursing process to plan and coordinate patient care for the age appropriate population.
• Initiates, monitors and revises the interdisciplinary plan of care based on assessments and physician orders.
• Completes patient documentation to promote interdisciplinary communication and regulatory compliance.
• Provides ongoing teaching to patients and families to guide them across the continuum of care.
• Supports development of students, new staff and colleagues, may serve as a preceptor.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
