Job summary

HCA Florida Putnam Hospital in Palatka, FL is seeking a RN Float Pool Days. You will float between units, advocate for patients and families, and collaborate with the care team to provide plan-of-care and continuous improvement.

This role supports safe, compassionate care across the nursing spectrum while integrating with a dynamic, supportive team. ACLS within 90 days, BCLS, RN licensure, associate degree, and 2 years acute bedside experience are required.

Qualifications

• ACLS must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) required.
• RN—Registered Nurse, Associate Degree required.

Job Summary And Qualifications

We are seeking a dynamic Float Pool RN to join our team. You would be part of a phenomenal team that works hard to support each other while providing excellent care to our patients in a collaborative manner. You will have the unique ability to “float” between several different areas across the nursing spectrum.

• Serve as the patient and family advocate, protecting privacy and confidentiality
• Facilitate patient care making nursing assessments and diagnosis
• Provideplan-basedcare with a commitment to continuous improvement

What qualifications you will need:

• Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
• Basic Cardiac Life Support
• (RN) Registered Nurse
• Associate Degree
• 2 years’ of recent bedside nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting
