Our Float Pool unit is a fast-paced environment that includes high acuity medical-surgical patients. Are you looking to increase your knowledge base? Our Float Pool leadership team fosters an environment that supports learning, mentoring, and building every team member.

Patient Population: Floats between the medical-surgical/telemetry units

Patient Ratios: 5:1

Number of Beds: Depends on the unit
