LewisGale Hospital Montgomery is seeking an experienced Central Resource Pool Registered Nurse to help ensure exceptional patient care across shifts. You will join a supportive team and contribute to a flexible RN Float Pool role, providing coverage wherever needed.

Required qualifications include RN licensure, Associate Degree in nursing, ACLS within 90 days and BLS within 30 days, plus 3 years of nursing experience. We value collaborative care and patient-centered outcomes.

• In order to provide a great patient experience, you will collaborate with patients, families, and the healthcare team to coordinate care for an effective and current plan of care.

What qualifications you will need:

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• (RN) Registered Nurse
• Associate Degree
• 3 years of experience is required
