Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join Baylor University Medical Center (BUMC) in Dallas for the night shift. This Float Pool RN position covers Med/Surg, Telemetry, ICU and PCU, with a focus on delivering compassionate care and telemetry monitoring in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program.
• Two+ years Med Telemetry experience in acute hospital setting.
• Float Pool experience desired but not required.
• BLS within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Float Pool duties across Med/Surg, Telemetry, ICU, and PCU.
• Provide high-quality patient care and telemetry monitoring.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
