Kansas City Hospice & Palliative Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN), Float, to support the IDT by making visits as needed to care for patients and families across the organization. This role emphasizes teamwork, compassionate care, and flexibility to operate throughout the agency as needed.
The ideal candidate will hold a current Kansas and Missouri RN license, CPR certification, and at least one year of hospice or home health experience.

The RN Float reports to a Kansas City Hospice Team Manager. He/she is responsible for making visits as needed to support the IDT in providing care to patients and families. This
position is expected to develop competence and work as needed throughout the organization.
