Kansas City Hospice & Palliative Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN), Float to support patient care across the IDT. The role focuses on delivering high-quality nursing care, coordinating with physicians, APNs, and social workers, and ensuring continuity of care for patients and families.

Ideal candidates hold valid Kansas and Missouri RN licenses, CPR certification, and strong communication skills. The position offers full-time hours with competitive benefits and a focus on work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Current Kansas and Missouri RN license.
• CPR certification required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Good interpersonal and communications skills are required.

Responsibilities

• RN Float reports to a Kansas City Hospice Team Manager.
• Make visits as needed to support the IDT in providing care to patients and families.
• Develop competence and work as needed throughout the organization.
