Job summary

Benedictine is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Float for travel across Benedictine facilities, based in White Bear Lake, MN. This casual position supports multiple campuses and partners with a dedicated team of associates and residents.

The role requires RN licensure, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to travel as needed within the Benedictine region, delivering high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Must hold current state licensure as a RN in good standing.
• Possess organization skills required to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
