Job summary

Benedictine Living Community–La Crosse in La Crosse, WI is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Float to travel between facilities within the Benedictine region. You will join a compassionate team and provide care to residents, implementing care plans and administering medications as needed.

The Float RN will travel as required, offering skilled nursing across multiple Benedictine locations in the upper Midwest.

Qualifications

• Must hold current state licensure as an RN in good standing.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Be able to read, write, and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an appropriate plan of care based on assessment.
• Demonstrate knowledge of medications and their correct administration.

Responsibilities

• The RN develops and implements an appropriate plan of care based on assessment.
• The RN demonstrates knowledge of medications and their correct administration.
• RN (Float) is required to travel and provide care within a designated Benedictine region as required/needed.

Qualifications

• Possess organizational skills required to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Be able to read, write, and communicate in English.

Salary

$46.80 an hour
