Job summary

Benedictine is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Float to join our compassionate care team. The role requires travel to multiple facilities within the Benedictine region to provide high-quality resident care.

You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care, administer medications, and collaborate with teams to support residents and families. This full-time position offers the opportunity to serve in the upper Midwest while growing your nursing skills in a supportive not-for-profit environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold current RN license in good standing.
• Ability to organize, assess, plan, implement and evaluate resident care.
• Excellent communication skills with residents and team members.
• Reading, writing and speaking in English is required.
