Job summary

Benedictine Living is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Float to support our compassionate care team, traveling to multiple facilities to deliver high-quality nursing care across a designated region.

The RN will assess residents, implement plans of care, administer medications, and collaborate with teammates to uphold our hospitality and respect standards. Strong English, communication, and organizational skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must hold current state licensure as a RN in good standing.
• Possess organization skills required to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Be able to read, write, and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement care plans based on assessment.
• Demonstrate knowledge of medications and their correct administration.
• RN (Float) travels to provide care within a designated Benedictine region as required/needed.
