Job summary

Benedictine is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Float to join a compassionate care team. This role requires travel to multiple facilities within a designated Benedictine region to deliver high-quality nursing care to residents and collaborate with team members.

The ideal candidate holds active RN licensure, demonstrates strong organizational and communication skills, and can read, write, and communicate in English to support residents across facilities.

Qualifications

• Must hold current RN licensure in good standing.
• Strong organization skills to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Excellent communication skills are required.
• Must read, write and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement care plans based on assessments.
• Administer medications accurately and safely.
• RN (Float) travels to provide care within Benedictine region as needed.

We're looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Float to join our compassionate, care-giving team and partner with us to continue our reputation of caring for people's loved ones.

Responsibilities

• The RN develops and implements appropriate plan of care based on assessment.
• The RN demonstrates knowledge of medications and their correct administration.
• RN (Float) is required to travel and provide care within a designated Benedictine region as required/needed.

Qualifications

• Possess organization skills required to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care
• Have excellent communication skills
• Be able to read, write, and communicate in English
