Good Samaritan - Bethany in Brainerd, Minnesota, is seeking a Licensed RN to join our not-for-profit senior care team. The RN will use the nursing process to provide individualized care to residents across all care phases, coordinating with families and an interdisciplinary team.

This full-time role requires availability for all shifts (days, evenings, nights), includes a $10,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates, and a generous benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must hold an unencumbered RN license in Minnesota.
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Coordinate with residents, families and inter-disciplinary team.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to staff.
