Job summary

Good Samaritan Bethany in Brainerd, MN seeks a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process and collaborate with residents, families and the care team.

This full-time RN role requires availability on all shifts with every other weekend and rotating holidays. Hourly pay ranges from $39.00 to $48.00, with shift differentials and a sign-on incentive, plus a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program (CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA) preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
• Current unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing in Minnesota or multistate licensure (NLC)

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process across all phases of care.
• Coordinate care with residents, families and an interdisciplinary team; delegate tasks when appropriate.
• Serve as charge nurse when needed and ensure safe, reliable patient care.
