Job summary

The Oaks Post Acute in Orangeburg, SC is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide high-quality care to our 164-bed facility. You will supervise daily nursing activities and coordinate with CNAs, LPNs, physicians and therapists to ensure excellent resident outcomes.

We offer pay from $36.00–$40.00 per hour with shift differentials, plus Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance, a 401(k) with company match, PTO, flexible scheduling and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Active South Carolina RN license required.
• Current CPR certification required or willingness to obtain.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents.
• Administer medications, treatments, and assessments with accuracy and compassion.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure best resident outcomes.
• Provide leadership, guidance and support while maintaining a safe, caring environment.
