Job summary

Ballinger Memorial Hospital District in Ballinger, TX seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver comprehensive nursing care. Full-time, part-time, or PRN positions available. You will perform assessments, plan and implement care, educate patients, and coordinate discharge planning with the care team.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program, Texas RN license, BLS/ACLS/PALS certification, and strong communication skills. Prior experience preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN license in Texas required.
• BLS, ACLS and PALS certifications required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patient health status and needs.
• Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
• Provide direct patient care and treatments according to policies.
• Educate patients and families on healthcare issues and post-hospital care.
• Ensure a safe environment for patients and staff through supervision and safety protocols.
• Document patient care and progress accurately and timely.
