Responsibilities

• Provide resident care in accordance with standards and physician plan of treatment and care plan.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by Nurse Manager.
• Administer medications and treatments per plan of care.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the clinical team.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation per orders, policies, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated, high-quality care.
