Job summary

Florham Park Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking an RN to deliver skilled nursing care in a 53-bed Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care facility. You will monitor residents, follow individualized care plans, administer medications, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure compassionate, high-quality care aligned with our core values of Passion, Respect, and Excellence.

The role requires an active NJ RN license, BLS CPR certification, and the ability to handle multiple

Qualifications

• Active RN license in NJ
• BLS/CPR certification required
• Ability to manage multiple residents in a fast-paced setting
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care per physician plans and written care plans.
• Follow care plans set by Nurse Manager.
• Administer medications and treatments per POC.
• Monitor residents, report changes promptly to the clinical team.
• Maintain accurate documentation per orders and policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control and safety regulations.
