Oakland Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Oakland, NJ is seeking an experienced RN to join our nursing team. We offer full-time, part-time, and per-diem shifts, with competitive hourly pay and shift differentials.

Fulltime -Partime-Perdiem shifts available

$37-$45 an hour (All Inclusive based on experience Shift and Status)

Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN):

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician’s plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.


• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.


• Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC).


• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.


• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.


• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care.


• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.

Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN):

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of NJ.


• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.


• Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.


• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
