Job summary

Cedar Ridge Village in West Des Moines, IA is seeking a dedicated RN - Registered Nurse for part-time shifts (up to 29 hours/week). Shifts include 6am-6:30pm, 6pm-10pm, and 6pm-6:30am.

The role focuses on delivering quality nursing care to residents across independent, assisted living, and long-term care settings. Requirements include an RN license, CPR certification, and a preference for 1–2 years in long-term care.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Currently licensed as an RN in the state of practice.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in the community.
• Perform daily rounds to assess condition and comfort of each resident.
• Follow safety and infection control policies to ensure resident safety.
• Communicate with physicians and care team; ensure proper hand-offs between shifts.
• Supervise direct care staff and ensure tasks are completed as assigned.
