Job summary
Well-Staffed LLC is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to oversee resident care in our Kansas facility. You will develop and implement care plans, monitor patients, and coordinate with physicians and a healthcare team to deliver high-quality care.
The role requires a Kansas RN license, CPR, and a BSN or ADN. You will educate residents and families, document care, and support a compassionate, collaborative team in a fast-paced environment. Weekly and daily pay options are available.
Qualifications
- Current RN license in Kansas.
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Nursing.
- CPR certification.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Responsibilities
- Assess residents' physical, emotional, and social needs and develop care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician.
- Monitor and report changes in residents' condition to the physician and other healthcare providers.
- Coordinate care with CNAs, LPNs, therapists, and other professionals.
- Provide emotional support to residents and families.
- Educate residents and families about care plans and health conditions.
- Maintain accurate and complete documentation of care provided.
