Rocky Mountain Care is recruiting Registered Nurses through RMCare Talent Solutions. We’re the internal staffing team delivering flexible scheduling across our family of communities, with competitive pay and supportive teams. Earn $43-$45/hr with night and weekend differentials and a mileage stipend. We offer full-time, part-time and PRN roles with 4, 8, 10 and 12-hour shifts, plus a referral bonus program.

Qualifications

• Current RN License and BLS/CPR certification are required or preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with overall good standing.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Clinical experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patient conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Provide wound care and IV therapy.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams.
• Develop and update care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation.
• Support residents, patients, and families with compassionate care.
