Qualifications

• Must hold an active RN license in Indiana.
• CPR certification is required and must be maintained.
• CPR must be obtained within 90 days of hire if not currently certified.
• License must be in good standing with the state.
• No findings of abuse, neglect or misappropriation in the registry.

Responsibilities
