Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care by reviewing physician orders and communicating care plans to the health team.
• Develop and adjust nursing care plans based on residents' changing needs and conditions.
• Educate residents and families about conditions, medications, and self-care.
• Assess and document residents' health status, outcomes, and progress.
• Maintain a safe, compliant care environment with infection control and medication handling protocols.
• Coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Supervise nursing assistants and other staff to ensure quality care.
